How does it work?

Use any programming language available in AUTOMGEN to control each ITS PLC industrial system. ITS PLC ATG Edition and AUTOMGEN exchange data through a TCP/IP connection. You can use both applications on the same computer or you can use each one of them on a different computer located over the network.

The objective is to program AUTOMGEN to make each industrial plant work. Each simulated industrial plant is a complete emulation of a real world industrial system which includes virtual sensors and actuators. The sensors and actuators data is exchanged between AUTOMGEN and ITS PLC through a TCP/IP connection.

ITS PLC ATG Edition can also be controlled by an external application using the .NET Client Toolkit, it is completely free an open source. You can use it to develop your custom application or with a third-party application that can be extended with .NET.
